Woodbriar Village Homeowners Association

Woodbriar Homeowners Association, Inc. (Association), a corporation not for profit, was established in May, 1979 and is a voluntary association representing member homeowners in Woodbriar Village Units 1, 2 & III. Voluntary means homeowners are encouraged, but not required, to join. The annual dues are currently $50.00 per household.

An Annual Meeting of the Members is held every January, at which time the Association Members elect a five member Board and review the proposed budget for the upcoming year. The Board Members/Officers elected are Woodbriar Village homeowners and Association Members who have volunteered to donate some of their time to serve the neighborhood. The overall goal is to partner with our neighbors to maintain the quality of our neighborhood and ensure it remains a desirable place to live.

Your cooperation and participation as members and partners is necessary to accomplish this goal.

Homeowners Association Meetings

During the course of the year, the Association holds 3 types of meetings:

1) The Annual meeting, held each January, is open to all dues-paying members of Woodbriar Village. This is when new officers are elected for the upcoming year. Members are encouraged to attend these meetings in person or be represented by written proxy.

2) Board meetings, where the elected association officers gather to transact official Board business. Dues paying members are encouraged to attend. If you wish to attend, please RSVP to hoa@woodbriarvillage.info so that adequate seating can be arranged.

3) Member meetings, held as needed, are open to all dues-paying members of Woodbriar Village.
